At MotoUnd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 365 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

• Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the item you wish to return and choose a reason.
• Print the free returns label provided. We cover the return postage on all UK orders over £25.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the returns form inside the parcel.
• Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail, DPD or Collect+ point. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags attached
• Helmets can be returned if the visor seal sticker is unbroken (for hygiene reasons)
• Underwear and base layers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Sale items and gift vouchers are exchange only
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the current rate. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return unworn items in original packaging for a full refund. Helmets that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
